After my first game in it, sold the Colorado, spent doubloons to retrain my CO captain for the NC and free xp'd the hull upgrade! I also spent doubloons on the permanent camo. Set a new damage record for myself with it. I actually have played it in PvP and done well too. It is well worth it Deputy, it is a great ship even in Co-op. Is the NC worth getting? It will only be used for PvE. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing another exercise in futility with the NC. To those who provided constructive suggestions, I am VERY grateful. But it would definitely NOT be my first choice for US BBs. I stayed with it and the hull and engine upgrade helped it a lot. I came very close to rage-selling it after about 5 battles. I like ALL the US BBs, but the Colorado is the only one that felt like a downgrade. That's WHY I play only PvE and couldn't give 2 about "stats". I play for fun, not as some kind of lifetime goal. No idea where you get that "all red ranges" from, but I am perfectly content with my performance in PvE. Ironically enough, his Colorado is his third-best performing battleship after the starter ships. Whatever problem you have that's dropping you into all-red ranges in Co-op, I suggest you try to fix first, or you're going to have a hard time in addition to being more likely to lose money as a result of playing Co-op at high-tier. North Carolina is a great ship, but if you're not playing as she demands you to, you will not accomplish anything and frankly you will see her as a downgrade from the Colorado.
